Onwards and upwards ....
Took advantage of the fresher weather (it has been incredibly closed the past two days) to head up Craigower, the smallest of our local hills. As ever the climb was worth the effort - lucky to be able to get this view in under an hour from our front door (well side door reall as we never use the front one).
I'd got out of the habit of going out everyday for a walk over the past couple of weeks and have decided to make more of a effort, including shorter briskers walks, longer ones as well as strolls around the town. So far, so good and I do feel better for it.
We treated ourselves to cheese toasties to go with our roasted red pepper soup when we came back - blasta - and it was warm enough to sit out and read so I did.
