I was up early and painting before breakfast!  All sorts of jobs done throughout the day and a lovely distanced walk and book exchange with friend Helen.

We have watched 'Salisbury' over the last three nights and I think it was very sensitively handled/portrayed, particularly the characterisations of the Public Health Officer, the affected policeman and, sadly, the woman who died.  I remember the media headlines at the time focusing on the lifestyle of Dawn Sturgess as if that made her less of a victim.  The drama gave us a balanced picture of a woman trying hard to make a life for her and her much loved daughter.  If you haven't seen it, I would recommend it.

Now it's time for dinner and then a catch up with Euan!
