trolley blip

Sunday afternoon, time for a stroll, but still recovering from last week's cold thing I couldn't venture further than our local Sainsbury store... just a few essentials to tide us over - luckily as i'm at the market 6 days a week we get our meat, fruit and veg and spices etc from fellow traders... there are one or two grocery items still required and so it's either Mr Tesco or Waitrose in the city before home or Sainsbury on Sunday...

I walked - good because it's always good to add steps to the pedometer... good because i needed the fresh air

i was without camera but had the trusty phone with me - so here's my blip ...
