New 'Toy'

Jamie finally took delivery of something he's waited a long time for.  Originally the aim was for a power-assisted hand cycle but this wheelchair and power-trike attachment is a great option too.  It's ten years old, one previous owner who had good use of it and replaced all the important parts just over two years ago.    The fat wheels mean it should be fine on the firmer parts of the beach which is a big asset for Jamie when walking Meg and it will increase his range, giving her more exercise.  It'll not replace the self propelled chair, it just increases his options.

A grey old day, often wet.   I managed to mis-assemble a simple clothes rail, borrowed from a good friend - much hilarity when we tried to fix the problem and it looked like I'd created something of a Chinese puzzle but my brother's big drill fixed the problem in the end!   The house is slowly becoming less cluttered as things find homes .... thank goodness we have a spare room :-)
