Blue Tit

An afternoon walk around the grounds of Castle Howard.

Not the sharpest of blips but one I am quite pleased with. I have not managed to blip a wild bird yet despite offering an 'a -la-carte' menu on the bird table at home.

In the courtyard at Castle Howard was this single peanut feeder hanging from a very impressive and presumably very old hook.

A pair of blue tits were actively visiting the feeder. After scaring them away I sat very patiently on a bench about 5 metres away until they returned.

It's not a very sharp blip but not too bad considering I use a little compact camera.
