Friends Reunited

And not Facebook from the 90’s!......

Late start to work today after taking H for her morning walk and meeting a few doggy friends then I took my 2 bikes down to the local bike charity who will refurb and pass onto less fortunate/able persons.

Returned to pick up 4 bikes from our friends garage so the charity were happy today.

Then a shift at work comprising of meeting after meeting before I clocked off early to take L and BBF our for a walk along the Murieston Trail.

MrsT our for an evening bike ride with friend C, whilst L has gymnastics so I’ll catch up on work before a late night run.

Managed a nice 10k last night.
