Clouds - With or Without

Blur that is
 
With this weeks Abstract Thursday theme being ‘blur’ I thought that the rain clouds were blurred enough.  But then again.
 
So I tried different filters an effects, none of which I liked, winding up with the aptly named ‘Radial Blur’ filter.  In the end just 3 deg, but I’m still not too sure, so the original is at extra.
