Zoom yoga was calming and restorative.  We then popped to the Post Office to return a parcel and Zen  was undone - several people with blank faces ignoring distancing rules.  I need to try and remain calm about this.

Home and a phone call from No 1 son.  He sounded chipper and I hope he will be able to visit and stay when things ease off.
