Porcelain Garden Seat

When I was working in Singapore in the mid 80s I saw this unusual white porcelain stool. I had only seen coloured ones, so I had to buy it. I use it as a coffee table in the living room, as I would hate for it to be stolen from the any of the gardens where I have lived.
There are dragons flying through clouds chasing flowers (perhaps the sun), and a decorative piercing on each side for handles.
