Construction

There's nothing like a reflection, especially a wonky one for added interest.

Work is near to the under construction Metro Sports Facility. It's one of the rebuild anchor projects and one that I think has value in the 21st century.

There was a time when temperatures at this time of the year seldom reached 10 degrees. Dad used to joke that I could "throw away the top half of the thermometer".

Not anymore, our climate swings are crazy year round. I'm celebrating today's 21 degrees with my dressy shorts at work. I've never worn shorts (other than for exercise) on 17 June.

That will all change tomorrow....

Today's gratitude: For dinner and a catch up with friends tonight. I'm looking forward to it.
