2020 Wednesday — 1st Day Retired

Mr. Fun & I left trail markers all throughout this first day of my retirement —June 17th.

I told him I didn’t want it to be like any other day— and weeks, months, years from now we wouldn’t be able to remember it. So we visited favorite places and new places and talked about memories and made a few.

He took me to dinner on an island; okay, it was a little island! (Balboa Island). We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We celebrated!

So tomorrow it’s cooking, cleaning, and making a routine.
