Sunday tea and cakes

I had the girls round for tea and cakes this morning. I'm using the word tea loosely - Lou and Jodie both turned up with champagne, and it would have been rude not to! I made fresh spring rolls, a coffee and walnut cake, and a pear and almond tart (I even made my own pastry!), and just in case my efforts went sour, I bought some watsits and asked Sam to bring brownies too! It was a lovely morning (using "morning loosely too, I couldn't rid of them until 4pm!), although think I should go a few days without sugar consumption now.
