WFH Day #61
THURSDAY
Another day of working from home with breaks for the treadmill, caffeine, food, checking the plants and putting out the garden waste collection bin.
It was raining cats and dogs all day.
After cooking an Ainsley Harriott chicken concoction involving preserved lemons and dates for dinner, I drove over to Bradford for a Tesco click and collect top-up for the weekly shopping. Fog lights were needed on the M62 and when heading over the tops on the way back home.
A surprise announcement by Matt Hancock at the daily briefing in relation to a COVID outbreak in neighbouring Kirklees. The Twitter brigade soon identified that it centred on an ASDA meat packing factory in the Cleckheaton area.
I took the photo in murky Queensbury through the car windscreen (hence the "quick clear" wires in the glass).
