Rescued roses.

This rose has been spectacularly beautiful this year.A gift from a friend. 
I cut a few of the drenched blooms a little while ago, as the sun is now making a valiant effort outside. 
Lunchtime shortly and then a walk once more. Looking forward to that very much.
