Challah bread

Having mastered the white yeasted loaf I’ve decided to explore some other bread options. This is my first attempt at challah. It’s a bit flatter than I’d hoped but tastes fabulous. Going to have some with the strawberries and cream that milko just delivered to kick start the weekend.
