What's it all about...

Up early to play badminton with Rodger. Gaz and Stevie not feeling well. Rodger beat me 5-3 in games.

Mum and I went into see Dad. C and myself then went out to Bo'ness to have dinner with L&S. Picture is of Alfie Dog Murdoch who is L&S's dog. Great food and chat was had by all.

I drove us home and looked out my cycling stuff for tomorrow.
