Sparrow

I ran 10km this morning and it felt very easy, this is a very good sign and should be able to start stepping it up again. I pulled another stitch out of my wound this morning, this was the left over of one of the Dissolving Stitches, if they are not subcutaneous the bit sticking out does not dissolve. This little Sparrow was high up in the tree late this afternoon.
