Sold

After 18 months on the market my sister and her husband have sold their house during lock down and are due to move next week.  The were the first people to own the house.  It was brand new when they moved in during 1971.  It cost £4,500 and my parents were worried they had overstretched themselves.

It will be a wrench leaving it but my sister has rheumatoid arthritis and needs to be off the stairs.  They know the time is right for a new start. They are renting a flat first before they buy somewhere else.
