According to my American calendar it was the Summer Solstice today so I took myself up to Epsom Downs for the sunrise - it was a lovely one. I was surprised that very few people were about.
When I came home the news was reporting that the sunrise was going to be streamed from Stonehenge tomorrow. There were a couple of people explaining that some are celebrating today, and some tomorrow. According to the Internet the summer solstice is at 21.44 this evening.
