You can’t catch me!

I’m the gingerbread man!  Well biscuits anyway!  These are Costa Coffee ginger biscuits, made from the recipe on their website. I can’t eat these in store as all Costa cakes “may contain nuts” (none in the recipe) so it was nice to make and enjoy them!
