Poppy Pop!

I'm late to the poppy field photography party but having seen the images of other blippers, I thought Ollie dog and I would go in search of one. I'd heard that there was a field off the A414 between Hertford and Welwyn Garden City.

We found it very close to the former Panshanger aerodrome where my son used to work as a flying instructor. I'm so sad that the airfield has been sold to developers. Plans have been passed for six hundred and fifty homes on the site. :(

Quite a bit of interest, lots of cars parked in the lane. It was a sight to behold. :)
