BBQ

We threw caution to the wind and invited our friends Dick, Linda and her sister Carole over for a BBQ! Dick and Linda aren't eating meat at the moment so I made halloumi kebabs, and salmon on a plank, with green salad and a fennel nicoise (sans anchovies) and Mr F cooked pork brochettes for himself and Carole. Linda brought a potato salad with home grown potatoes, and also made coleslaw!
For dessert I had made rhubarb crumble ice cream, and we got out the cherries soaked in brandy from last summer, but there were complaints the cherries were too strong!
It was lovely to socialise again, and to sit outside until late.
