Midsummer Meadow

A lovely summer view. An odd solstice too...sunny and dry day between two wet ones. Late low sunset colour. Wee visit with Moira, sitting in the garden. And amazing first viewing of James Baldwin story in ‘I am not your negro’ - stunning, eloquent and poignant, a picture of a 52 year time warp on top of 400 years or so of cruelty, struggle and misery. And so far still to go.
