Fashionable Goats?

Not sure what all these goats represented but there were about 30 painted goats in a row at the mall near us. I really wanted to be outside having fun but instead I had to do a little shopping! This was the first time I’ve been shopping in a store since last March. Everyone was required to wear a mask upon entering. And they limited the number of people in the stores. Very wise.
