Peaches and Strawberries

Another busy day. Chores and family zooms. I had a box of peaches from Costco that were beginning to turn. And some local strawberries that were all ripe. I cut them all up and microwaved them. I added honey, lemon juice and a little salt and blended it all together. Ten popsicles worth are freezing and there’s still some mix left. Looking forward to tasting them when they are fully frozen.
