Up early and through to Glasgow for a football coaching session.

A frosty pitch made it fun trying to stop.

A reasonable bunch and great that there were female coaches also involved as it reduced the manhood heroes.

Made some contacts for some possible games.

I have homework for next week and presenting 2 sessions on Passing and the weaker foot.

One of the coaches was Donald Park, he was very good at getting the message over. Good to see ex pros putting something back.

No Borgen tonight as I was watching it on Sunday, exciting.
