Love Actually...

...is all around, especially when I visit my youngest and naughtiest daughter Lauren and my grandson Roo. Reuben is now walking and clearly recognised Grandpa when I appeared in the door, tottering towards me with outstretched arms. We had a glorious walk from Lauren and Roo's very rural house on a big country estate and saw a sparrow hawk. Supper with old friends in a private lock-inn at their pub, closed on Sunday evenings. A good day.

A few days away working near Woking on a dull but necessary aviation course at Fairoaks Airport in Surrey will test my Blip resolve, especially if cameras are not allowed on the airfield. A challenge....
