Spot the Golfer

We decided to head for a walk up the gorge today at Terrace Downs. The golf course is currently closed but one lone golfer was hitting some balls on the driving range. A little known fact is that the All Blacks held their training camp at Terrace Downs in 2003 just prior to departure to the Rugby World Cup - hence the goal posts on the driving range!


We had a lovely walk - check the tree hugger and Fred in the extra photo. Walking down the terraces was easy, coming back up was more of a challenge on my very unfit lungs. Maybe a positive of this new hobby may be improved fitness!
