This morning after breakfast we popped into town for some shopping. On the way home we got a takeaway coffee and went to the Oracle and sat by the river. It was so lovely there people watching and then a Narrowboat came through . Name of the boat was Emma Louise. In the end 4 boats came through.   Daughter brought the Campervan back. Youngest granddaughter made us a card. It was so sweet she had written “ Dear Grandma and Grandad. I miss you  Nell “. I so much wanted to give her a hug. But we are not allowed. We all sat in the garden and had a cup of tea and a chat. Lovely afternoon. After they left we went on our usual walk around the town. 

Tonight Reading hit the news as there had been a stabbing in town. So sad a it was in the Forbury Garden a place we all love to go to. Our thoughts are with the families who lost loved ones. Police helicopter flying over the town well into the night.
