Home grown salad

Rocket, mizuna, spring onions and radishes from the allotment made up most of tonight's salad. There were a few sugar snap peas in there too, from our veg box supplier. And some other salad leaves of unknown varieties. A fine sunny day spent in the front garden resulted in eight barrowloads of "waste" material, all recycled via the Council, our compost bins or the shredder. Very satisfying!
