08.15.a.m. An hour in the woods on Arnside Knott. Just one other couple out and about.
A good strong breeze and a threat of rain which fortunately stayed a few miles to the east.

Note the moss covered dry stone wall so typical of our area.

Back home for coffee and cake at 10.00a.m.
