Beyond The Other Gate

I had planned to complete my text yesterday, however friends’ and relations’ good intentions intervened. I am now completing it on Monday.

Sunday has become very much a day for FaceTime, and other favoured means of communication. Calls full of news and comments about the "VIRUS" can easily occupy an hour or more. They are usually very enjoyable and informative. Some do contain sad news.

This Blipfoto shows our "second gate" and the gate pillar which was modified by the Sainsbury’s delivery van. Each weekly delivery has the various drivers commenting on it, but so far no reaction in writing from the "Powers That Be".

This is something that Pat has to follow up on Monday. Beyond the gate is more Polytunnels. In the background are the Fruit Farmers wind turbines and beyond these are the hills of St Fort Estate.

Above them all is a slightly ominous sky which did result in a thundery evening downpour. This was nothing like the rain experienced by our "Friends in the South" and "Our Friends in the West".
