View for the day

I have spent 99% of today horizontal. Unfortunately it feels very much as if I have slipped a disc again. I suppose twice in thirteen years isn’t too bad but I really don’t have time for this! Hoping +++ that the industrial strength anti inflammatories kick in rapidly and I can get back to normal!
