For the Record,
This day came in very hot. Merry is resting( extra) more comfortably today, getting used to her dreadful cone. She can eat on her own, but it's tricky, we've been hand feeding her to make it easier for her. She's such a sweet little thing. We call her Chibbie now from an affectionate term we heard Prudie using with the Poldark children on the wonderful  Poldark series that we are watching once again.
