Pippi on a bike

One of the best things about Copenhagen is being able to cycle safely everywhere.
Here my 7 year old is - just like Pippi- carrying a "horse" but unlike Pippi cycling.

In most of the world it wouldn't be safe to put a 7 year old on a bike on a dual carriageway but thanks to our bike lanes, even quite young children have so much more independence.
