An Unexpected Blessing

Our pastor was out of town today, so we were blessed to have David Smith come and speak to us about fathers and the six promises they can make to encourage their children. The six promises included loving their mother, taking time to listen, being the spiritual pacesetter for the family, seeking opportunities to give your children a sense of belonging, expressing words of appreciation and praise, and spending time with them.  Second Mile was in the house at full strength to lead our worship music and we could see that Bro. John is gearing up for the virtual VBS . Looking forward to next week's patriotic service
