When I first got into the wonderful world of photography, my first purchase was a Sony A(somethingorother) and it was when they were NOT known for their cameras. And for good reason, I might add. A few years ago, I tried an A5100 and I loved it but it didn't have a viewfinder and so I got rid of it quickly. I'm quirky and perhaps a tad "old-fashioned" that way. Anyway, last week I found a deal on an A6000 and decided it would be mine. And now it is. I even bought macro extension tubes ahead of time and even though the 16-50 kit lens is better suited as a paper-weight in my humble opinion, the results are quite exciting!
Next purchase? A Kamlan 50mm f1.1 mark ii.
