Hidden Gem

On 2 counts Moreen had this Amaryllis for Christmas 2 years ago we kept it watered but id didn't start to grow last Christmas so it was left outside with the other containers and today when I watered there it was in full flower. The second gem is that I used my 15 year old 6 megerpix. Richo camera. Been stashed in the cupboard for 10 years charged the battery and off it goes.
I will take it on my daily walks it is just that bit better than my phone x7 optical zoom and macro setting. Light enough to pop into my pocket.
After my walk this morning I cut half the hedges as it's green bin day tomorrow then watered as the tomatoes were wilting a bit.
Been pretty hot but hotter as the week goes on.
