Taking in the sun

The lilies that were closed a week ago have opened up. I hope a deer doesn't eat them like last year.

It's summer now. I haven't visited a single amusement park yet. How frustrating. But I'd rather be safe, especially as restrictions are relaxed. In my home state of Arizona, the virus is surging because the cowardly governor reopened too soon and dumb people aren't wearing masks. I don't know what it's like in my part of Maryland yet, but I imagine it's going to get worse because of lax enforcement of mask rules.
