Solstice

This photo was shot in the wee small hours. 50 minutes after midnight in fact. I have neither lightened nor darkened the shot. This I assure you is as dark as it gets on a clear night. This gloaming lasts for about 4 hours and then lo and behold, up comes the sun again. You could literally read your newspaper in this light.
