Flax

We were delighted to see the soft mauve of this field and think it must be flax, or linseed. It is not far from Epsom racecourse (extra) where I stopped to take a photo of the pristine racecourse. Usually at this time of year it would retain the scars of the June race meeting which includes The Derby and The Oaks.
