Nibbled

I seek them here, I seek them there, I seek those wily snails everywhere!  I cleared a whole family out from this dahlia pot just yesterday but still it has been nibbled, grrrr!

Hopefully I'm back on track having completed my 5k run today, practised my recorder and had a pilates session.  The goodies from Sally's cakebox were finished with the morning cuppa, so cake will be rationed from now on!

It was breezy when I emerged to seek out a blip and the hanging baskets were twirling like whirling dervishes, so I had to find a substantial plant to stay still long enough whilst I blipped it. 

There seems to be moves afoot to relax the social distancing rules even further, despite the worrying news from other parts of the world.  The Brazilian President is in denial that the virus exists, Trump is busy encouraging socialising on his electioneering trail (and making jokes about the virus in very bad taste) and several other countries are suspected of massaging their figures.  We shall not be shopping for anything other than essentials, holidaying in Spain or going to the pub any time soon!
