Mono Monday - Summer

We live in a land of perpetual summer so I could have photographed anything and qualified for today's challenge. I did think that beachside palapas screamed warm, summery weather and they make some nice black and white patterns. Typically, this time of year these would be overrun with people trying to escape the unrelenting sun, but it appears we are still some time away from an official beach reopening, so they remain unoccupied during this strange summer season.
