Inspired

I'm really lucky to have one of the most majestic cathedrals in the country just down the road. It has the tallest spire in the United Kingdom - though there were others taller (such as Lincoln and the old St Pauls), it's the tallest currently. It's a real landmark and is visible from miles away.

I've always taken photos of the cathedral from the close before, but wanted something a little different. Looking at the map I was that there was a water meadow just west of the cathedral the other side of the river with a path running through it. Al little investigation and you get this stunning view.

I think the next on will be from further out of the city, to try and get it showing the city around it.
