Nearing completion!

The growing room is almost finished. Barry decided insulating it would be a good idea as we have lots left over from another project and will hopefully extend the growing season. I'm itching to get in there but it will be worth the wait.
The shorts are finally finished thank goodness, extra photo, not too bad from a homemade pattern and material found in my stash! Can't wait for my Buttons and Bobbins pinafore dungaree pattern to arrive so I can make something for myself, from a proper pattern!
Sorted all my card making paraphernalia, there was more than I thought, and started planning the next card. I'm trying to get ahead of myself for birthdays and other celebrations for the rest of the year! Hopefully I will succeed.
Phone call from my brother to say he'd got mum back up and running on Facebook. I could hear her in the background delighted to be back on and feeling in touch with her family and friends, keeping an eye on their daily antics. I've now been tasked with buying her a portable DVD player so she can watch from her armchair.
Very windy today with a few showers and some sunshine thrown in. Barry took Reg on a long walk so I didn't go further than the garden. I got most of my exercise in and out of cupboards while sorting!
