Bumble Bee in Lavender

I set myself a challenge to day to try getting a half decent photo of bees working the lavender in my usual park. I found it  difficult as they were moving  fast in the wind.  I got the camera settings about right but I'm too slow focusing manually.   You'll probably soon get subject to more. 
Do please look in large if you can.
