Nettle beer part 2

Sadly yesterday’s attempt at nettle beer ‘accidentally’ ended up on the compost heap. I can’t think how it got there :-), so we decided to restart the project with a new supply of nettles. No mud this time :-)). It may be interesting to try.
My extra is of a walk this afternoon in Akay woods to pick extra nettles.
