Wall Art - 232

This area of spare ground has a wall which seems to have been give over to some very young potential street artists.

I'm actaully afer a very different Blip but haven't got it yet.  'The Moss' which is a local conservation area where I walk apparently has a naked camper.   Lots of pople have spotted him and the police have moved him on a couple of times but he keeps returning.  I'll be on the lookout - maybe tomorrow!
