Iron iron iron

Started the day with a run. Boy oh boy it was hot!!!!
Came back and dropped the car off for a service.
Then played in the garden most of the day in the warm weather. Lovely. Dried al the washing too. It’s the little things in life.
I am anaemic again which makes sense now when I think about the times I am breathless sitting still and sooooooo tired.
