Preparation

With Chinese New Year approaching, one of my Thai friends is practicing cooking Chinese food.

Well, actually she's pregnant, so I think her cooking instinct is growing, inspired by the growing small one in her belly and the food magazines she reads while waiting for customers at the coffee shop where she works.

Now the benefit of having a friend who cooks is that you get to taste test! These would would definitely go over well at a Chinese New Year gathering in my opinion! :)
